Cases sent on a “first available” basis during normal business hours will be processed in a timely manner. We endeavour to meet the needs of our referring veterinarians through timely reporting. Typically, the report is generated within 24 hours.
The bills are issued on a monthly basis. If you prefer another schedule please feel free to contact us.
There is no contract and no minimum case volume.
